What does it cost right now?

Nothing. Every tier is free while we are in beta and no card is collected. The prices above are what plans will cost afterward, posted so you can plan.

Why is it so cheap?

The first paid buyers are students, coaches, and clubs. The plans are annual on purpose, so they feel closer to a tournament fee than a monthly software bill.

I coach a team. What should I budget?

For one coach and a few students, Individual can be enough. For a real roster, budget around Team: $50/year for 50 seats and 1,500 pooled monthly requests after beta.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your billing period, no mid-tournament lockout. After that you drop to the free plan. One click from the app's Team tab.

Does it actually make me better?

It is a debate engine, not a general chat. It is tuned per format (APDA / WSDC / PF / LD / Policy / Congress / BP), depth levels match real speech lengths, and every round you run feeds the AI's next one.

Is my data used to train models?

Your cases are never sent to GPT, Claude, or any third-party model for training. Signed-in, rated work can feed DebateIt's own learning loop. Delete your data anytime from the Team tab.
